Questions
Before you ask.
The ones that come up every time. Anything else reaches a person — just ask.
Is Workbelt another CRM?
No. A CRM gives you a place to store information and tools to manage it. Workbelt actively watches what’s happening across the business, identifies potential problems, recommends what to do and carries out the action after you approve it. It can work alongside the systems you already use.
I already use Jobber. Do I have to start over?
No. Connect your Jobber account and bring your existing customers, jobs, quotes, invoices and team into Workbelt. You’ll see a full preview before anything is created.
What does Workbelt do with QuickBooks?
Workbelt can prepare a draft estimate in QuickBooks Online. It does not create invoices or post entries to your books. Your bookkeeper reviews and converts the draft in QuickBooks.
Will Workbelt make decisions without me?
No. Workbelt identifies the problem, explains what’s happening and recommends what to do. You make the decision. Once you approve the action, Workbelt takes it from there. You stay in control. Workbelt handles the execution.
Do I have to change the way we work?
No. Workbelt is designed to work with your current tools and processes rather than forcing you to rebuild your operation around another piece of software.
Is this only for larger contractors?
No. In a smaller company, the owner is often the person keeping track of everything. That’s exactly where Workbelt can help. As the company grows, Workbelt can take on more of that monitoring and coordination without requiring the administrative workload to grow at the same rate.
What happens after the free month?
If Workbelt is useful to your business, you can choose to continue. If it isn’t, you don’t. No commitment.
